Fun day

Today was pretty causual... I babysat this cute little boy for a few hours. He was so funny, never wanted to do something for more than a few minutes. We watched two movies, but the whole time he pulled out about seventy other movies that he wanted to watch. On my way home from babysitting, I almost got hit because of the stupid contruction that's by my house. It's scary driving along Eagle road. Anyway, i made a fool of myself at my sister's swim team bbq; said somthing that i shouldn't of. Oh well, hopefully they will forget about it...

Speed tracker!

Today, me and one of my best friends ever, megan were hanging out before she had to leave for drivers ed. We didn't have that much to do, so we walked down the street. We found one of those speed tracker things, that police use (picture's below) and would take turns running past it to see how fast we could go. I don't think they are very accurate, because it got her at 14mph, and me and 12mph. Idk. maybe we were going that fast. Haha. it was fun.

Babysitting!

Today was a pretty relaxed day. I babysat my two cousins: Jacob and Christa. Jacob's two, and Christa is five months. They were super duper cute! I would give Jacob piggyback rides, on my shoulders, and he had a blast. I though it was fun too... until he farted while he was up there! He didn't realize that he had done anything, but me and my mom burst out laughing! It was hilarious, he thought he was so funny; though he didn't know what he had done! Lol.

Robin Hood

I went and saw Robin Hood last night. It was amazing, especially the scenary. I liked the story line, and could follow it pretty well. This is coming from a girl who has NEVER seen another version of Robin Hood. Not even the Disney cartoon version. It was a great movie, and I would recomend it to anyone, even if they don't like action movies. :)

My First Day of summer!

My summer so far is doing great! Yesterday I did something that I never thought that I would do: vacum my great grandma's backyard. She has this cotton tree that drops cotton everywhere. Since it's been raining, the cotton got stuck everywhere. So I vacumed the patio in her backyard. It was fun, and we talked a lot. Today, I learned a great lesson. When making Jello, do not pour the jello mix into the boiling water with the stove still on. I thought that's how you did it. The jello overflowed onto the burner and the jello caught on fire. Our house still smells like burnt jello (which is a horrible smell), and that happened about two hours ago. I'm now hiding in my room (because it's in the garage) so that I can avoid the smell. It was kind of funny when Oaklee (my eight year old sister) freaked out over the fire. She can be so dramatic. On a new note, I watched the Glee finale this morning, and it was AMAZING! I can't wait till next season:)
